“This review is specifically for Ricardo. All of the staff work really hard they are pleasant, helpful and respectful. Ricardo on the other hand was Super Amazing and went above and beyond!During hot days he was Johnny on the spot with drinks for us. He even walked us to another pool introduced us to everyone and left us in good hands. We saw him in a different location and he still remembered our names and made us specialty coffee. Thank You Ricardo for making us feel special. I love how much pride he has in his work! See ya next time Ricardo.”

“Our recent team building retreat at The Villa at Hard Rock Riviera Maya was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered beyond expectations. Two of the resort’s most exceptional butlers, Paola and Moises, made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond every single day, handling all of our dinner reservations perfectly around our group’s schedule, saving our beach and pool chairs each morning, reserving front row seats for every evening show, and even arranging a private poolside lunch just for our team. They made sure our villa was always stocked with our favorite drinks, took care of special requests (including ice for an injury before we even arrived), and truly anticipated our every need. We’ve always loved this property, but becoming Chairman Members the past couple years elevated our experience to a whole new level. The resort itself is stunning, with excellent food, breathtaking views, multiple pools, a lagoon and beach area, vibrant bars and restaurants for every taste, daytime and evening entertainment, and even its own water park with slides. The staff across the board are kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure guests have a great time. Whether traveling for work, fun with friends, or family getaways with the little kids, Hard Rock Riviera Maya continues to be one of our go-to destinations year after year. And we can’t forget to mention how much we love the Legendary Line of resorts, including AVA and Hard Rock Punta Cana. PS - they do “Monkey Tours” each evening around 5 pm AND we actually seen monkeys both times we went!! Definitely check it out. Thank you again to Paola, Moises, and the entire Hard Rock team for another five-star experience. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!”

“Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service. We had a fantastic stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and what truly made our vacation special was the outstanding service we received. A huge thank you to our two amazing butlers, Paola and Omar. They took incredible care of us throughout our stay. They would find us around the resort to make sure we had everything we needed, meet us for dinner, assist with reservations, and even reserve our lounge chairs each day. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. We also want to recognize Mac at the Faro breakfast restaurant. His wonderful service every morning started our days off perfectly. He was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The resort itself was beautiful, with great food, fun activities, and a lively atmosphere. Combined with the exceptional hospitality from Paola, Omar, and Mac, this was a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return! 5/5 stars — highly recommended!”

“We loved our stay once again at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. A few things that continue to stand out are the incredible customer service at the pools, cafes, and restaurants. We especially loved our time with Kevin, Pablo, and Mateo at Frida, and absolutely adored Gaby (server) and Maria, the manager at Faro. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive and truly helped make our trip special. The food was great, the hotel was generally very clean and open, and we had a wonderful time overall. We especially loved seeing Pancha, the resort cat, during our stay and look forward to hopefully seeing her again on future visits. She brought so much joy to guests and staff alike and truly added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the resort. A couple recommendations we have: it would be nice if freshly sliced avocados were available at breakfast in addition to the guacamole, as some guests may prefer fresh avocado slices. My boyfriend also mentioned it could be fun to have an option for guests to select rock music at the bars, similar to a TouchTunes style setup. Overall, another amazing stay and we cannot wait to return.”

“Everything was perfect! We had fun with the staff at the Market! We were always taking care of, the staff loved talking and playing with the kids. We made friends there that we will remember! Johnson and Mauricio, thank you for the awesome week! The animation at the Pool was also great, lots of games and entertainment! If need anything just fine Poncho!”

“Beautiful property, amazing service. Vice City was great, the water park was better than paradisus Riviera Maya. Unfortunately the only downside is there's no real beach, only small lagoons. The red lobby restaurant Isla has an indoor brick oven with NO VENTILATION. It's the silliest thing. The entire restaurant smells like smoke, smoke gets caught in all your hair and clothes. Other than those two we really enjoyed our stay. The shows are top notch (not Broadway but you get it..) Special shout out to; Norma with the lovely smile.
